Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2019-0107-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Thousand Oaks, as represented by Brian Stark.
The project consists of a constructing a new access road, placement of two abutments and prefabricated bridge across the Arroyo Conejo, placement of a culvert through the new access road, and potential groundwater dewatering activities.
Construction associated with this project will occur at the top of both the east and west stream banks, and between the east bank and existing access road (Hill Canyon Road).
