The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as City of Redlands Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades. The Project will upgrade the City’s wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), including improvements and repairs as necessary to handle existing and projected inflow and to improve system reliability and redundancy, while maintaining the WWTP’s current capacity.
