Document Description
City of Redlands proposes upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment plant to handle future inflow and improve system reliability. City studied the effects this project may have on the environment and documented the findings in the Initial Study. Studies show that proposed upgrades will not significantly affect the quality of the environment. This notice is to advise you of the preparation of the Initial Study with Mitigated Negative Declaration and of its availability for you to read and provide comments.
