Document Description
The proposed Project entails the partial demolition and reconstruction of a California Conservation Corp (CCC)/CAL FIRE joint fire base and associated facilities and structures. New buildings include administration, Captain’s barracks, CCC Corpsmember crew dorms, laundry building, multipurpose
building, fueling station, auto shop, apparatus garages, training, warehouse, vehicle wash enclosure, hose wash racks, electrical building, and generator. Site work includes new asphalt and concrete paving and concrete flatwork, photovoltaic (PV) arrays on covered parking structures, new underground utilities, and aboveground fuel tanks.
