Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# EPIMS-SDO-19757-R5) to the project applicant, Burns & McDonnell. The project will restore a mosaic of riparian and upland habitats
on a 67+/- acre portion of the former Moosa Creek Golf Course. The project will remove existing infrastructure (tennis courts, pavement, structures, and utilities), recontour portions of the property which will then be planted with native riparian and upland species, and enhance existing degraded riparian habitat.
