Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-21751-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jimmy Victoria. Project activities are in response to unauthorized, substantial changes to the bed and bank of an unnamed stream as a result of a retaining wall that was built along the western boundary of the property. Project activities are limited to the removal of all construction materials within the stream, redistribution of stockpiled materials out of the stream bed, and restoration of the bed and bank of the unnamed stream to pre-disturbance conditions which include, same grade, contours, and vegetation cover
