Document Description
This Capital Preventative Maintenance (CAPM) project proposes rehabilitating 20.6 lane miles of Class 1 pavement. The paving strategy includes dig-outs, crack sealing and profile griding as needed on all 4 lanes and shoulders of State Route 299. To finish the rehab, an overlay of 0.15’ rubberized hot mix asphalt, gap graded (RHMA-G) will be placed from edge of pavement to edge of pavement including placement of shoulder backing.
