Document Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) San Joaquin Field Division (SJFD) plans to sandblast and recoat the inside of two air chambers at Bluestone Pumping Plant (BLPP). A scaffold and containment unit will be built around the air chambers to prevent any materials from entering the surrounding environment. This work is a necessary maintenance activity.
