Document Description
This project will seek to reduce the overall amount of volunteer trails and improve native vegetation and wildlife habitat within the Catshead area of Ocotillo Wells SVRA. Volunteer trails will be scrubbed (i.e., shallowly raked) up to 50 meters from designated trails. Disturbed areas will be restored to a natural look through methods of raking, rock placement, native plantings, and vertical mulching. Signs will be implemented to encourage the public to stay on designated trails.
