Adoption of the 6th Cycle 2021-2029 Housing Element of the City of Culver City General Plan. The Housing Element provides the framework for meeting the housing needs of existing and future resident populations based on the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). The Housing Element identifies strategies and programs to conserve and improve existing affordable housing, remove governmental constraints on housing development, and promote equal housing opportunities in a strategic manner.
