This project consists of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land which do not involve the removal of healthy, mature scenic trees; and basic data collection, and resource evaluation activities which do not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource; included as “soil and structural engineering tests” in the Department of Parks and Recreation’s list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR §15300.4.
