Document Description
The project includes the construction for the installation of a single occupancy All Gender Restroom in the basement level of State Office building at 455 Golden Gate Ave, San Francisco. Work includes construction of walls to enclose an approx. 8’ x 8’ space, modifying flooring and ceiling areas to add/extend HVAC, plumbing, and electrical conveyances. Work also includes installation of restroom components such as toilet, sink, hand bars and other accessories. This project will provide an accessible all gender restroom to be inclusive of all persons coming into the building.
