The project proposes to construct an apartment complex consisting of five buildings on a 5.93-acre undeveloped site. Four apartment buildings would provide a total of 72 apartments units, ranging in size from one bedroom to three bedrooms. All units are intended to be offered at a rent affordable to households making 30-50% of the local Area Median Income. A fifth building would be a community center for apartment residents. Additional project components include parking spaces, landscaping, and utility improvements.
