Document Description
This HM-3 project proposes to install access doors and locks at six (6) bridges at six (6) locations that currently do not have access for bridge inspection of the bin abutments.
The purpose of this project is to comply with the federally mandated routine bridge inspection once every two years to determine the structural condition and work recommendation of bridges.
