Document Description
The project is limited to industrial development infrastructure improvements within the 151.02-acre project site. The project includes the following components: (1) The west drainage outfall will consist of a 1,650-foot vegetated swale. The swale will have 3:1 slopes and will direct treated stormwater from the western portion of the project to the existing unnamed tributary (a ditch). Two 48-inch reinforced concrete storm drainpipes with flared end sections will direct water from the outfall swale on proposed into the existing channel. The flared end sections will measure 48-inches on both sides. There will be two pipes connecting the basin outfall ditch to the unnamed tributary. No riprap placement will occur at this outfall. (2) The east drainage outfall will consist of two perpendicular 48-inch reinforced concrete basin outfall pipes which will direct water from detention basins into the unnamed tributary. A total of 592 cubic yards of riprap will be placed within in approximately 0.053 acres of the existing channel to create the outfall structure. One outfall pipe will direct water from the proposed South Basin, while the other outfall pipe will direct water from the proposed Triangle Basin.
