The Surf Sister Program includes a suite of complementary beach-based, female-centered surf programs designed to welcome participants into an inclusive and supportive surf community. It also provides opportunities to grow as surfers, community leaders, and ocean advocates. This project is CEQA exempt, and the NOE is being filed by the State Coastal Conservancy, which is granting funds towards the project.
