Under the proposed water exchange, up to 200 acre-feet of Valley Water’s approved 2021 State Water Project Table A water will be delivered to OFWD through December 31, 2021. In exchange, OFWD will return up to 300 acre-feet, based on an unbalanced exchange ratio of 2 to 3 of its future approved State Water Project Table A water to Valley Water by December 31, 2025.
