Notice of Categorical Exemption #15301 for Improve the existing the ADA pathway from the parking lot to the restroom. Replace the foundation to the pad of the bathroom. Replace the toilet and plumbing to meet water efficiency standards
Insulate the restroom and plumbing so that it can be used year round. Install air dryers to replace paper towels. Purchase and Install new toilet paper holders and a new door and accessible hardware. Install new lights for both inside and outside the structure.
