The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate via trenchless technology approximately 3300 LF of sewer mains due to structural degradation of the sewer mains. The beneficiaries will be Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District's customers, who will be served by sewer mains being maintained in good working condition, which will improve service and lower maintenance costs.
