Notice of exemption for Coastal Conservancy approval of grant funding to North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians to provide four trips to the coast, serving a total of 60 tribal participants from low-income, disadvantaged communities. Participants will learn about traditional trading routes, stewardship of coastal resources, resiliency, and the natural history of the ocean and marine life that exists in and around bays, reserves, and estuaries.
