Document Description
The project is being completed in response to a CDFW Notice of Violation. The project includes removal and remediation of soil from a buildup of salt deposits in a drainage ditch on the property, where it may flow to Tynan Creek. The remediation area is approximately 18 inches on either side of the flow line for 250 feet. The impacted soil will be scraped up with a backhoe and disposed of at a local landfill.
