Document Description
Damage to the existing boat camp ramada requires its replacement. The new ramada will be constructed in the same footprint as the original. The new ramada will be 12' by 12' and constructed from redwood lumber. A parking area and path of travel will be constructed using class II aggregate base to meet ADA requirements.

There are no exceptions to the exemptions.
