Document Description
A low impact fence will be placed around the perimeter of a sensitive site located near the intersection of Cahuilla Trail and Roadrunner Trail. This is within an open riding area and directly visible from the highway. The fence will consist of woven wire, T-posts, and peeler core posts. In total, 24.7 acres will be enclosed.

Reasons for Exemption
No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA Section 15300.4. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form, then it is exempt under CEQA Section 15303 - New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures and Section 15304 - Minor Alterations to Land. There are no exceptions to the exemptions. The action falls within Departmental List of Exempt Activities according to CEQA 15300.4.
