The proposed project will upgrade 4 changeable messages signs (CMS) (NB SR-55 at Baker Street, SB SR-55 at the Santa Clara Avenue overcrossing, SB SR-55 at Katella Avenue, and NB SR-55 just south of the Meats Avenue overcrossing) from Xenon to LED panels along State Route 55 within the County of Orange. No new right-of-way (ROW) is required.
