The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) intends to sale 3 parcels (APN# 007-032-14 – Harms, APN# 108-040-19 – Huffman Parcel, APN# 007-100-08 – Shell Lane) located in the Willits / Little Lake Valley in Mendocino County. These parcels were originally purchased for use as potential mitigation for the Willits Bypass project, but ultimately, were not needed. This property is no longer required for Right of Way, or other operational purposes, and is considered surplus land by Caltrans.
