Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to bank water that is periodically available above current needs from the Tule
River #2 Canal or Tipton Ditch and deliver that recovered water to lawful recipients within the allowed Places of Use. The operation of two groundwater banking facilities consisting of approximately 62 acres of existing recharge basin, seven existing wells, and three existing turnouts from Tipton Ditch and the Tule River lntertie. No new construction is proposed as part of this project.
