Document Description
DWR SJFD coastal branch stores extracted soil and sediment from various maintenance activities at the DEPP spoil site. Currently, because of the expansion of a sediment basin, the spoil pile site has become too small to house all the excess dirt. To relieve this problem the site will be expanded South, taking the place of a fence and gravel road. An older dirt road will be reestablished to accommodate these changes. This work is necessary to complete routine maintenance work, which is needed to ensure water deliveries throughout the State Water Project.
