Document Description
The project will replace the existing antiquated, undersized 150 kilowatts (kW) diesel generator at the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP) with a new diesel generator. The new generator will be rated for 275 kW standby power and will be pad-mounted at the Power Generation Station 1 site at the MWWTP. The new generator will provide greater reliability to start one of the internal combustion engines and required auxiliary equipment when Pacific Gas and Electric power is not available.
