Document Description
The project applicant and current driveway to cross the on-site stream channel in a new location. As part of the driveway reroute, the existing culvert and stream crossing will be removed, and that section of stream restored. The location of the new culvert
coincides with the location of sediment fill that was subject of the prior NOV. Removing the fill from and adjacent to the stream channel will facilitate installation of the new culvert.
