The City of Victorville (City) is proposing to update the City’s Housing Element for the 6th Cycle planning period from October 15, 2021, to October 15, 2029. The Housing Element is a component of the Victorville General Plan 2030 that assesses the housing needs of all economic segments of the City, defines the goals and policies that would guide the City’s approach to resolving those needs, and recommends a set of programs that would implement policies over the next few years.
