Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as El Estero Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical Distribution Renewal. The Project consists of the demolition of four existing buildings totaling approximately 2,463 square feet, including all electrical equipment contained therein, and the construction of five new electrical buildings totaling approximately 4,201 square feet. The Project will also include a new waste gas flare, storm water remediation infrastructure, and new utility infrastructure for the existing wastewater plant. The Project has been designed to replace or enhance existing El Estero Water Resource Center plant operations, while not increasing overall plant capacity.
