Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to conduct 169 drill borings for the proposed Placer 28 Rehab project. The scope of work consists of digging the 169 test holes to find out the depth of the high-risk utilities. Caltrans proposes to drill down to the top of the utility pipe, take a measurement, and then backfill and repair the pavement. There will be no disturbance of the concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter.
