Document Description
The Project is limited to erosion repair and replacement of a culvert. The disarticulated 8-foot diameter and 60-footlong culvert along Packwood Creek and under Frost Road will be replaced. Installation of the culvert will require excavation and compaction of gravel into the streambed within the existing culvert footprint to prevent water from undermining the culvert. There will be a total of 1350 square feet of rip rap placed at each end of the culvert. Native soil from a nearby borrow pit outside of the riparian area will be placed on the top and creek sides of the culvert to repair erosion and restore the road to a 12-foot width.
