Phase 4 of the multi-use trail begins approximately 200 feet south of Sky Ranch Road, running along to the west of Sand Canyon Road to Iron Canyon Road, approximately 3/4 miles. The north trail bridge is located 400 feet north of Condor Ridge Road and the southern trail bridge is at Iron Canyon Road.

Reasons for Exemption
Class 1 exemptions include alterations to existing bicycle and pedestrian trails, Class 3 exemptions include a limited number of small structures, and Class 4 allows for minor grading without removing healthy, mature, and scenic trees. None of the conditions described in 14 CCR § 15300.2 apply.
