The proposed project is the transfer of 1,310 acre-feet of Mojave Water Agency’s (MWA) Article 56 Carryover Water, stored in the San Luis Reservoir, to Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Santa Barbara). The delivery of MWA’s transferred Article 56 Carryover Water to Santa Barbara will be completed by December 31, 2021.

d. The proposed project is intended to meet the existing uses of water and will not result in a change in land use.
