The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Three Palms MHP Water Connection Project. The Project includes the installation of a new 6-inch 60-foot pipeline along the North Golden State Boulevard right-of-way, meter, and meter vault to connect Three Palms Mobile Home Park to the City of Fresno’s water system. Three Palms Mobile Home Park will be responsible for the physical disconnection from its existing Well 3 and for the destruction of the three onsite wells.
