Document Description
Due to deteriorating well infrastructure, failure to meet drinking water standards and to provide more reliable and safe drinking water, the Three Palms Water System is seeking consolidation with the City of Fresno. The only feasible alternative to provide safe and reliable drinking water is consolidation with the City of Fresno. The project would entail construction of approximately 60 linear feet (LF) of new 4-inch pipeline and one water meter in order to connect to the City of Fresno. Capacity is not being expanded. Construction is temporary and within previously disturbed road right of way. The water service will connect to the existing 8-inch City water main in North Golden State Boulevard. The existing well will be physically disconnected from the system.
