Document Description
Caltrans is proposing the VEN-232 Minor Pavement Rehabilitation project (EA 34680). The project would cold plane and overlay the existing asphalt concrete (AC) roadway with 0.2’ Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt, Type G (RHMA-G) in the City of Oxnard, Ventura County, on State Route 232 (SR-232) between US-101 and SR-118, postmile (PM) 0.0-R4.1. Additional work will include the construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps, the installation of traffic devices such as Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) and push buttons, Asphalt Concrete (AC) dikes, Midwest Guardrail Systems (MGS), shoulder backing, structure approach slabs, and dig-outs.
