The purpose is to maintain a serviceable roadway to provide safe efficient travel by replacing and repairing locations with distressed pavement surface due to underlying materials issues. There will be no change in the use of the facility or unusual circumstances. There are no impacts or significant effects to environmental resources or cultural/historical resources, and standard project practices will be implemented to ensure compliance will all applicable laws.
