Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to Humboldt County for access to Humboldt Redwoods State Park to allow for repair and/or restoration of the storm damaged sections of Mattole Road at Post Miles 13.66 and 13.68. The goal of the repair activities is to provide permanent or long-term repair improvements to limit or avoid future roadway damage. Construction activities are anticipated to take place during the dry weather months (June – October). All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act (49 USC 303), and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
