Document Description
Caltrans is proposing pavement rehab on State Route 39 (SR-39) from State Route 1 (SR-1) to Ellis Avenue in the city of Huntington Beach, Orange County. The work scope includes cold plane and overlay of the existing pavement on both directions of Route 39 with 0.15’ of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt. This project has State funding. Total DSA is anticipated as less than 1.0 acre. All work will occur within Caltrans Right of way. No new additional right of way is anticipated
