The proposed project includes the trimming/removal of vegetation and maintenance of a pipeline span in the right of way for the L406 MP 17.76 that crosses Honda Barranca, including installation of scaffolding, which is subject to LA RWQCB jurisdiction. All work will be located within the existing SoCalGas pipeline right-of-way.
