Document Description
The project consists of accepting the donation of an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate (OTD) of a perpetual public trail easement for recreation and non-motorized transportation, pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The donation gives the County the right to accept the OTD at any time in the future, in the event it is desirable to locate a trail in this area of the County. There are no current plans to locate a public trail in this area.
