Document Description
To construct the Verizon Wireless East Stockton Boulevard Monopine Cellular Tower (East Stockton Cellular Tower) facility along the left (west) bank of Union House/Beacon Creek. The facility will consist of 8-foot-tall concrete masonry unit (CMU) perimeter wall with a gate, concrete equipment slabs-on-grade, and wireless monopine antenna. The project will include; excavation and construction of a reinforced concrete foundation to support a telecommunications tower; grading for slab-on-grade equipment pads; and construction of the CMU perimeter wall with steel gate along the bank.

The Board has determined that the project is exempt from CEQA under the Class 3, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures and Class 4 Minor Alteration to Land categorical exemptions (CEQA Guidelines §§ 15303 and 15304), because the activity consists of constructing a new telecommunications facility. Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA Guidelines § 15300.2 apply. Please note, the signed NOE is not attached.
