Document Description
Braemar Lift Station Rehabilitation Projects include replacement of existing pumps and control panels. This station is critical to conveyance of wastewater to El Estero, and this project is designed to be a proactive. Energy efficiency and superior operation by use of Variable Frequency Drives to maintain a wet well setpoint. The station sits within the 100 year floodplain of the neighboring Arroyo Burro Creek. The Project implements several flood protection elements, such as waterproof coating to the building exterior, portable flood barriers for walls and entrances, and internal drainage pathways.
