Document Description
Charter Communications is proposing to overlash (i.e., hang) approximately 32,130 linear feet of fiber optic cable along existing utility poles within State Route 273 right-of-way between PM 5.186 and 11.832 (east of the travel way). Aerial crossings would occur at the start/stop locations referenced above. Additionally, a new utility pole would be installed at PM 10.467 along the same alignment. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
