Document Description
The purpose of the project is to repair failed roadway embankment which was damaged during the 2019 FEMA declared disaster (DR-4434) . Repairs include a replacing the failed section of roadway with +/- 50-feet of of concrete deck supported by wing walls and replacing a failed culvert. These repairs will return Moscow Road to functional width and capacity.
