Document Description
The Project includes the construction of the Blood Gulch Wine Tasting Room, including the grading and widening of the access driveway, invasive vegetation removal around the pond on site, installation of a water aeration device in the center of the pond, and restoration and enhancement of the riparian corridor on the east side of the pond. Impacted features will include the perennial pond, the spillway and unnamed tributary to Big Indian Creek, and the riparian woodland adjacent to the pond.
