Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) No. EPIMS-SHA-13431-R1I, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Benjamin Morgan. This project has been proposed to permit an existing domestic surface water diversion and to replace an existing undersized 12-inch culvert with an adequately designed armored low-water crossing in order to prevent the diversion of water outside of the stream channel and subsequent erosion of the road surface. The project involves no expansion to the existing footprint.
