Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to Aerojet Rocketdyne to access Prairie City State Vehicular Recreation Area for the installation of water treatment equipment necessary to remove perchlorate from groundwater produced from a state owned well located within the park. All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
